- On app side, added search for 'Customer' field

- On app side, showing new tab 'My Created Tickets' to allow the staff to easily find the Tickets that they created  

- Added settings for default "CUSTOMER" and "PRIORITY". It hides these fields and enable the "Customer" fields to default to whoever creates the Ticket for "Customer", and "Normal" for "Priority".

- Added search option for selecting staff at editor

- Added few more missing translations
